    Take the northeastern section of the County out of District A.

    Take eastern Arcata out of this District altogether. Eastern Arcata has no similarities with the alignment of Manila, Samoa, & Eureka.
    Enlarge Eureka to incorporate all of its western/ coastal section. Put Manila, Samoa, Eureka. & western part of Arcata in District C.

    Really, approve of this Draft Plan B, District C. This Draft Plan B represents the County better than the other Draft Plans.

    District C & District D does not represent the County. Most of Draft Plan C does not represent the County.

    Side Comment: As Manila & Samoa grow & develop, in the future, it seems appropriate to discuss incorporating them into the City of Eureka.

    Out of the three Draft Plans, Draft Plan B with a little realignment appears to best represent the County.
