A great deal. Why would Willow Creek be linked with the coast of Southern Humboldt? This map makes it look like its drawers either do not care generally or do not care to share their interest in a map of such shape.

The are clustered around the southern end Eureka, the lower Elk River Valley, and the lower Eel River Valley.

The entire county looks like a careless and/or compromised out-of-towner drew it.

Same as Plan A, District A: Why is Willow Creek linked with the Southern Humboldt Coast in one district? Make it look like District A in Plan C. And don't have the district go into, ya know, the ocean.

Plan B is too similar to Plan A in that looks like the lovechild of venality and carelessness.

This Plan C map produces the greatest continuity from our previous district maps, something of value to rural areas like our county. Humboldt doesn't change very rapidly, so let's not futz with something too much when it only happens once a decade.
