  • What would you add or change about the DCC to improve your transit experience (examples include more seating, larger waiting area, food/ beverage)?
    Trained mental health/mediation people who are non-police/any type security to support situations that benefit all concerned. Last yr a security person on bus ride displayed childish behavior in threats to bus patron. 1st ultimatum give was ‘a wk ban of bus access’, when person reminded security they weren’t even part of conversation(which was non-English), then security person said as of talking to a 5-yr old, ‘now you’ve got a months ban’. Same goes for some bus drivers, u can feel when they have issues with skin tones.
