Tiffany Antol, AICP, Flagstaff’s Planning Director, is standing by (virtually) to answer your questions about the administrative review process for Towns at Lone Tree (Tract 22 of Pine Canyon). This project has applied for a Site Plan approval. Part 1 of the presentation describes the history of the project and the considerations and process for administrative review. Part 2 addresses some of the frequetnly asked questions about the project.  The video is approximately 20 minutes long.
