Please share your experience with the 2019 Museum Fire

The Museum Fire was a wildfire that began on July 21st 2019 and burned 1,961 acres of land near the City of Flagstaff. This survey asks about your household’s experience with the Museum Fire and post-fire flood risk to inform future management efforts. This survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

If you received a Museum Fire survey through the mail from NAU in November and have already completed it, you do not need to  participate in this survey.

If you were invited to participate in the NAU Museum Fire survey by mail but have not yet completed it, please participate following the instructions you received in the mail and not on the Flagstaff Community Forum. If you have misplaced this information, please call 928-523-7347 and we will replace your survey materials.
