Which playground concept do you like for Cheshire Park?

Thank you for your vote on the new playground equipment for Cheshire Park.  There were 191 votes submitted with the ‘Nature Theme’ being the top design winning 45% of the vote.  In addition to the polling, the comments were analyzed with the intent of determining what features could be incorporated into the playground equipment and surrounding areas within budget.  The need for shade surrounding the playground equipment, infant swings and a ramada will be incorporated into the improvement project.    

The next step in the process is to provide the outcome with the Parks and Recreation Commission on Wednesday, November 28^th.  The City Council will then review and approve a purchase with the goal of installing the new equipment in the spring of 2019.
