What criteria are the most important to you when selecting an infrastructure project?

The West Route 66 Operational Assessment looks at how this corridor is operating now - the highway and its supporting network of roads and streets - and then looks toward the future.  Much development is happening and more expected.  How should we prepare for this new influx of people and businesses and their impact on roadway operations for cars, buses, delivery trucks, pedestrians, and bicyclists? How should we spend Proposition 419 transportation tax dollars dedicated to this corridor?
