I would like to be able to take rapid transit from the Laguna West area directly north to downtown or midtown Sacramento for entertainment purposes. Therefore, the possible site of Elk Grove Blvd. (or Laguna Bl.) and Franklin Blvd. would be ideal for this area.

What is a disruptive statement?
