Where Laguna turns to bond traveling east, there is a little slope upward right before a red light near the chick fil a. There needs to be a signal/blinking light that warns drivers of upcoming traffic light is ahead because it is a blind spot. You can’t see a red light til you’re there and it’s a sudden stop. I was involved in a car crash at that location where a driver didn’t stop and rear ended me at full speed at a red light. People in Elk Grove are not used to slope changes. Please prevent another crash from happening.
