Bruceville and Bilby very much needs to be 2 lanes each way, with a dedicated left turn lane, so that the lights can allow for bidirectional traffic. It's BAD.

Going up Franklin and Bruceville. EG times its traffic lights to punish people for going roughly the speed limit. People who zoom through the lights or roll along at 30 miles an hour have a better experience than I do.
