Elk Grove Blvd. and East Stockton. It’s a mess especially mornings and from 3 pm on. Totally gridlocked if Elk Grove Park has a function. Two lanes, one leading in 99 N other down East Stockton south. In addition there are fast food businesses and a car wash with one entrance and exit into the 99 lane. Getting into the left lane is pure luck or a kind driver letting you in. The merging and lane switching is slow motion indie 500. Let’s not forget all the business trucks coming from the Business Park south of the Park.

I know Laguna is your tax base but the East side of Hwy 99 is Elk Grove.
