The City of Durango is starting the process to create the College & 8th Durango District Plan. The Durango Districts Initiative involves assessing and envisioning the future of 10 mixed-use districts that have special character-defining traits. Through robust and inclusive planning, the initiative will create coordinated District plans that embrace the unique character of each district and provide a guide for helping these areas reach their full potential.
