Affordable housing
Infrastructure
Homelessness
Please let us know if there are specific factors that have impacted your ranking of satisfaction in this survey.
The city needs to address homelessness in a much more humane way than it has. There needs to be cooperation with County and homeless people need to be treated as people. I have concerns about the city's financial sustainability and appreciate that the City Council is looking at this more in-depth. Infrastructure seems to be suffering. Also, although I didn't check it, I think due to population growth, infill development will need to happen and is the right way to address this growth. Housing is ridiculously overpriced and very few options for lower-income residents. Additionally, despite growth, local transportation options have decreased. This is challenging for lower income residents.
