What would you like to see changed or improved about your trash or recycling collection service?
I LOVE our spring and fall clean ups. They help us significantly because we can plan for the big moments. I am, however, dissapointed with the actual pick-up timing. We tend to be the last week, which is fine, but often our items are not picked up for at least another week after the scheduled date. Additionally, we live by the Arroyo complex, and the pile in that neighborhood, and sometimes elsewhere, starts before pick up week and lasts for a long time. It's a terrible eye sore. I wonder if there's a way to fine residents if they put trash out too early before their designated time?
