The City of Durango's current diversion rate (waste not sent to the landfill) is 24%, one of the highest in Colorado. Yet we are always looking for ways to improve performance and customer service. We want your feedback on the city's trash, recycling and sustainability services, the rates you pay, and how we can better meet your needs while ensuring long term financial and environmental sustainability.
