What do you LIKE about the green striping?
It helps define the bike lane, especially for cars. There is no questions of whether it's just showing the shoulder of the road or if it's the bike lane.

In addition to green striping applications at intersections, some communities have painted the entirety of the bike lane green along busy roadways. The Town is considering this along Middlefield Road - what are your thoughts about this?
I bike Middlefield Rd daily and my 3 kids bike it daily to go to school. I think a solid green bike lane would help. It just makes cars more aware
Are you familiar with other types of markings that you would like Atherton to consider? If so, what/where are they?
Palo Alto has some permanent short cones at Middlefield near Embarcadero Rd. It really defines the bike lane and would prevent any kind of parking on the corners of busy streets
