N. Seventh Street Bicycle Improvements
The City of Ann Arbor is seeking public input to gauge community interest toward addition of on-street bicycle improvements and potential removal of on-street parking along N. Seventh St. between W. Huron St. and Miller Ave. Draft concepts have been prepared, which range in impact to existing parking and availability of dedicated bicycle space.
We invite you to review the draft concepts and share feedback by clicking ‘Take the Survey’ below. This feedback opportunity will remain open until 9:00 a.m. on Friday, August 10. Your feedback will help identify the community's preferred draft concept. After staff review of community input and refinement of the preferred alternative, anticipated next steps include a mailed feedback form to addresses along N. Seventh, a Park Advisory Commission meeting, Transportation Commission meeting and City Council. Next steps are dependent on the preferred alternative identified; i.e., whether or not parking removal moves forward for consideration.
In addition to this online input opportunity, the same draft concepts be available for public feedback in an open house format on Wednesday, August 1, from 11:30-1:00 p.m. Kerrytown Farmer's Market - middle aisle (315 Detroit St.) and from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the 1st floor lobby of City Hall (301 E. Huron St).
The brief survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
