Each year, City staff seek input to confirm that its transportation programs are meeting needs for older Alamedans and people with disabilities. The online survey at www.AlamedaParatransit.com is requested to be completed by Thursday, October 29. If you would like a hard copy of the survey, please call 510-747-7513. Survey forms also are available on each Alameda Loop Shuttle bus.
The City provides two affordable transportation options that target older Alameda residents and residents with disabilities:
- Free Alameda Loop Shuttle service: www.AlamedaLoopShuttle.com
- Free AC Transit bus rides for Mastick Senior Center members who meet financial criteria
Survey forms, shuttle schedules, AC Transit Mastick Member EasyPass information and other transportation resources such as East Bay Paratransit and a mobility device breakdown service (new!) are available on the website at www.AlamedaParatransit.com. These services are funded by Measures B and BB transportation sales tax dollars, which are administered by the Alameda County Transportation Commission.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Mastick Office, Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 510-747-7513 or email [email protected].
Sincerely,
Victoria Williams, Program Coordinator
